Our Policies

Volunteer & Mentorship
Code of Conduct

At Daisy Me, our mission is rooted in advocacy, compassion, and professional excellence. To maintain a safe and productive environment for all community members, we ask that all volunteers and mentors adhere to the following principles.

01

Integrity and Accountability

We commit to honesty in our work. Whether drafting grant proposals or providing mentorship, all contributions must be original, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.

02

Respectful Advocacy

We engage with our community through empathy. We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional tone in all communications, whether online or in person. Discrimination, harassment, or disparaging behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.

03

Confidentiality

As health advocates, we may come across sensitive information. Volunteers and mentors are expected to respect the privacy of the individuals we serve and hold any internal organization data in strict confidence.

04

Mission Alignment

All activities conducted under the Daisy Me name should align with our core mission: to bridge the gap in health literacy and support community wellness. We avoid using our platform for personal gain or external political agendas.

05

Reliability

We value the time of those we mentor and serve. Volunteers are expected to communicate proactively if they cannot meet a commitment or need to adjust their service hours.

Agreement

Your commitment to our community.

"By participating in any program with Daisy Me, I agree to uphold these standards. I understand that failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in the termination of my volunteer or mentorship engagement."

This Code of Conduct applies to all Daisy Me volunteers, mentors, grant writers, and community contributors. Questions or concerns may be directed to [email protected].
